Fresh, fresh pesto burger

It’s all about fresh handmade ingredients this morning!

Ingredients:

Cilantro (chopped) [sharper than basil], almond slices [one of the healthier low cal nuts], freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese [stricter aging/storing rules than regular parmesan], garlic (from gilroy of course), olive oil, salt & pepper for seasoning

Recipe:

Take all the ingredients above, use a mortar & pestle, and grind them up! The smell of freshness will make u swoooon. I toasted half a hamburger bun, poached an egg, and covered half the egg with pesto. Sprinkle some grated cheese on top. Yum.

If you have variations of pesto, I would love to hear (or see) it!!
