Drumsticks are always fun to eat. It doesn’t have to be unhealthily deep-fried to taste good. Bake it and eat an even more delicious version!

- Preheat oven to 450F with rack in upper third.
- Pat Chicken dry and toss with mustard until evenly coated..
- Stir together panko, cheese, cayenne, 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper (for a slightly spiced up version, add some red pepper flakes too). Drizzle with butter and toss.
- Dredge each drumstick in mixture to coat, and arrange in large buttered sheet pan. Roast until chicken is cooked through (about 30 mins). Microwave on high for 3 minutes if the inside is still slightly pink, or check internal temp to ensure it reaches 180F.
